By accessing or using the services provided by Klaas Systems Limited ("we," "us," or "our"), including our website, hosting infrastructure, bare metal servers, and domain registration services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
To access our services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. Klaas Systems reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or unverifiable information.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited under this clause. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
Violation of the AUP will result in immediate termination of services without refund.
Billing Cycle: Services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
Refunds: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for Shared Hosting and VPS plans. Dedicated Servers and Domain Registrations are non-refundable once provisioned/registered.
Late Payment: Invoices not paid within 3 days of the due date may result in service suspension. Data on suspended instances may be deleted after 14 days of non-payment.
Klaas Systems guarantees a 99.99% Network Uptime.
In the event that the service uptime falls below this threshold in a given month, you are eligible for a service credit of 5% of your monthly fee for every hour of downtime, up to 100% of the monthly fee. SLA credits must be requested via ticket within 7 days of the incident.
*Excludes scheduled maintenance and force majeure events.
In no event shall Klaas Systems, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Uruguay, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Montevideo.
